As AI gets smarter, it does not reliably get safer, and the methods used to measure safety are themselves unreliable. This executive summary is the map of the whole programme: thirty-one documents in the public register, twenty-nine of them papers by the site's own counting rule, the ARC Theory's five laws carried as named conjectures (Laws IV and V added on 24 September 2026, their propositions registered, neither law yet registered as a law or tested, their mathematics set out at version 1.0 of 3 October 2026), the Eden Protocol intervention, the field of Recursive Dynamics that the author founded, the theory-level registration that fixed twenty-two severable propositions before any of them could be scored, and a study estate whose deciding instruments are written and dated, their schedules regenerable by any reader from a published seed: one unit, the corrector-class audit, was registered on OSF on 1 October 2026 and became public on 4 October 2026, at the end of OSF's approval period (DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/RV2B5), and every other is a draft awaiting the author's submission, preregistered by timestamp where a receipt exists. Every claim is graded in the public registers; nothing here is confirmed, and the deciding tests are written down before they are run.
