ARC Principle foundational cross-domain paper released 13 February 2026
The claim - verbatim
Michael Darius Eastwood first published the ARC Principle as a specific cross-domain structural framing on 13 February 2026 in the Foundational paper under OSF DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/6C5XB (additional anchors 10.17605/OSF.IO/8FJMA and osf.io/wqnzc), arguing that recursive amplification produces capability gains exceeding linear accumulation across AI reasoning, quantum error correction, acoustic physics, and consciousness science. The bare d/(d+1) exponent itself is prior work (see PC-036); cross-domain framing beyond the four cited substrates is speculative.

Limits and citation guidance - what this claim does not support, and how to cite it
Limits. Do not claim recursion as a novel concept; novelty is the specific published cross-domain framing under this label on this date.
