The greatly expanded Eden Engineering working specification and its rendered PDF were withdrawn from current circulation on 14 July 2026 pending a disclosure review. That decision was reversed on 19 September 2026, when the specification was published in full as Version 6.3.

What remains public

The Eden research programme asks whether safety properties can remain effective as recursively improving systems become more capable, and distinguishes developmental alignment from constraints applied only at the boundary.

Why this page remains

The published page carries the full specification and the record of what stood at that address and when. The withdrawal did not erase access that may already have occurred and did not retract empirical results published separately.
